Programs & Services

PIECES service programs are all grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our service delivery team is composed of qualified health care professionals who develop, implement and regularly monitor programs that are individually tailored for each learner. PIECES continues to bring a safe environment where our learners are accepted as who they are and compassionately partner with their families.

Schedule Your Virtual Free Information

PIECES provides ABA clinical services for individuals who need 5 to 30 hours of service. We regularly have social group activities done virtually or in person for all learners. PIECES makes sure that your child feels safe, respected, and finds a lot of fun as they learn and acquire new skills needed for their daily activities at home, in the community, or in preparation for school.

Our direct service also includes our learner’s family members. We partner with the most important person/s in the life of our learners, their parent/s or legal guardian, as we compassionately and collaboratively teach and train them behavioral tools for parenting, managing behaviors, and teaching new skills. PIECES team strongly believes that ABA must continue outside of our 4 walls to produce meaningful and long-lasting changes in behavior.

All programs are directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), each case is supervised and monitored by a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and frontline staff, Registered Behavior Technician or Behavioral Instructor diligently implements plan.

Our Programs & Services

ABA Clinical Services:

Learning hours spent with a frontline staff are either done through an in-person/face-to-face session in the clinic or in the home of the learner, or done via telehealth. Programs are individually-tailored to help improve the lives of our learners, it involves teaching new skills, build social-relationship and manage inappropriate behaviors.

PIECES team highlights the value and active participation of our learner’s family. We believe that the level of involvement by each family member is the catalyst for success of our learner and not just the programs implemented by PIECES team

‌Clinic-based

Sessions done in the clinic, in a one-on-one setting. Learners who attends in this setting has an opportunity to attend a small group of learners.

‌Home-based

Sessions are done in the home of the learner. The learner’s daily living activities and building relationship with the whole members of the family are the highlights of this service setting.

‌Telehealth

Ever since the pandemic came, PIECES continuity of care to our learners and families highlighted the most important things, “health and family”. We deliver and provide ABA Telehealth in three different models:

Direct Telehealth: A model wherein a learner has an existing prerequisite skill to attend a virtual session with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Analyst,

Caregiver-Implemented: A model that allows the caregiver to continue to implement protocols on how they have been trained, or to be coached by an RBT or Behavior Analyst to implement new or modified protocols.

Caregiver Consultations: A model that allows caregiver to receive training and consultation with a Behavior Analyst on strategies to promote adaptive skills from the learner, prevent regression by the learner and reduce the likelihood of crisis situation, etc.

Special Academic Programs

PIECES brings a scientific-teaching program that aims to help every learner master the building blocks of knowledge–Reading, Language Arts & Math; turning students into confident learners.

Behavioral Parent Training

A compassionate and collaborative care in partnering with the family of our learners is PIECES hallmark. This program is given to parent/s or legal guardian to learn about evidence-based strategies or behavioral tools that can help bolster the skills needed to manage behavior/s.
